2021 6PC NGC MDS MS69 MORGAN PEACE DOLLARS RYDER

This complete six-piece type set was issued for the 100th anniversary of both the iconic Morgan Silver Dollar and the Peace Silver Dollar, two classic and historic coins that were minted in 1921. This rare low mintage set features five Morgan Silver Dollars issued using original mint parameters from the Philadelphia, Denver, San Francisco, Carson City, and New Orleans mints. The sixth coin that completes the set is a Peace Dollar stuck in high relief. Only 175,000 Morgan and 200,000 Peace dollars were minted and only 10% of them were designated as Advance Releases.

Each of the pieces has been independently certified in MS69 condition by NGC. The high numismatic grade MS69 is awarded to a fully struck coin with nearly imperceptible imperfections. All six-pieces have been individually hand-signed by David J. Ryder, who served as both 34th and 39th Director of the United States Mint. Ryder oversaw the most popular U.S. Mint releases of recent memory including this 100th Anniversary Morgan and Peace Dollars set.
