2021 W Gold Eagle Design Set T1/T2 NGC P70 Ultra Cameo David Ryder Signature

The 2021 American Gold Eagle Designer set is one of the highpoints and most limited collectible coins released to mark the historic transition from the iconic Type 1 design by Miley Busiek 1986-2021, to the popular new Raptor design by Jennie Norris. Only 5,000 sets were produced, and in a rare move by the U.S. Mint, each set was accompanied by an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity!

We offer these low mintage sets certified in flawless PF70 Ultra Cameo condition by NGC. Each coin has the original matched numbered serial number on the NGC certified coin holder. In addition, these sets come with a certified numbered Certificate of Authenticity. All three pieces have matching serial numbers! Both coins are individually hand-signed by David J. Ryder, who served as both 34th and 39th Director of the United States Mint. David Ryder lead and oversaw the historic transition from the Type 1 to Type 2 Gold & Silver Eagle series.
